Hi,
Check its "Workgroup" name. Rightclick on "My Computer"--> click on "Computer
Name" Tab ----> check the workgroup name. If you want to change the
workgroup name then click on "Change" and enter the right workgroup name.
Click on Start--->select "Run" ---> type NETSETUP.CPL and click on OK.
Just run that network setup wizard and follow the instructions.

first of really thanks for taking time to post here
i have doen the network setup thing many times, all my other computers show me in network, but not this one.
workgroups are also same.
please help me

can you ping to other computers ?
Open your local area connection properties window and make sure all the options are selected.
