try this 1
Click on Start ---> Run ----> type cmd and click on OK.
Command prompt will be opened.
Now enter these commands.
ipconfig /release
press enter.
ipconfig /flushdns
press enter.
ipconfig /renew
press enter.

Get in command line and renew your ip address,enter these commands:
Ipconfig /release,
Ipconfig /flushdns,
Ipconfig /renew ,your ip settings must be set to automatic to use this command.
