IPod Touch download problem

Hello everyone,

I need help! Whenever I try to download the 4.0 software update onto my iPod Touch it will load it & then stop. A message pops up stating my network connection stopped when it did not stop. I tried authorizing my desktop computet & it still did not work. Any other ideas out there? Thnx.
