Transcend JFV30/16gig format failure

Hello,
Windows is failing to complete formatting this flash and there is no slide switch on the flash, any advice on how I can solve this problem. I cant save anything because the message I get asks me to format but every time I try windows fails to complete the formating. I have not been able ti use the flash from the package only a week ago.

Seems devce is corrupted,try forcing formatting using hp format tool,get it on link below:
