Hi,
If someone is trying to log in with your ID and an incorrect password many
times, as a security measure that particular account will been locked to prevent
unauthorized users from being able to log in to it.
The lock on your account will expire 24 hours after it was first locked.
Try to login into your account after 24 hours.

I suggest that it would be a great idea to first know which account Feroz is talking about, then we could provide proper guidance. What do you think?

Ya your are right,. But most of the accounts whether its gmail or yahoo gets locked for security reason when someone tries to login with incorrect password many times.
yahoo takes around 10-12 hrs to get unlocked and gmail takes 24hrs to get unlocked.
So I just gave him a solution to try after 24hrs because most of the accounts gets unlocked after some hours. Since he didn't mention the account, I just told him to try after 24hrs.
I don't want to waste the time asking him to mention his account and letting him to wait for the reply.
