Formatting sd card

Hello,
i have 3 micro sd cards to format, i have successfully formatted 1 of them however now my pc is saying windows was unable to format, can someone help pleasee, by the way i am no computer boff so please can replies be simple and easy to follow,

Please indicate whether there is any write protection error that is indicated so that we get to see into the matter clearly.

it is saying that it is write protected and i don't know if that can be taken off either,
