Lan driver problem Closed

Hello,  


My mother boardmodel no is intel d945gcr. 
I am trying to install lan drivers(Driver Name is "Prowin32.exe ), in my PC ,it give an error message is "No Intel Apdapters Are Not Found ".Please help me to resolve this problem.
