Have a prblm in .exe Games in Mac Book..

Hello,
I have a new apple Mac Book.. but when I tried to play a game like "General.exe" it doesn't work, I downloaded the "CrossOver" Program and it still doesn't work.. wat can I do?? But I don't want to download the "Windows System "in my Mac..
