Certain browsers not working Closed

Hello, 

I have an HP laptop running Windows Vista.  After killing a virus using rkill.com, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer don't work, but Flock and Firefox work fine.  Also, the itunes store doesn't work either.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Flock 2.5.6

Hi superman ,

As mentioned you removed viruses from system and as results some applications are not working,those applications may have parts which were infected by the virus hence you will have to reinstall them so as to replace the missing required dll file .

I have tried reinstalling both, and neither have worked.
