Win XP Driver Assist required ASAP

Hello, I need MS Windows XP professionals Video and sound driver for my HP Compaq C500 as I just recently formatted/reloaded from Vista to XP but been unable to get the appropriate Video and sound drivers.Please somebody,anybody help me:-)

Love what U guys do in this forum.Keep it up.
