Security alert- system doesnt allow file DL Closed

Question

Hey guys, 

I've been having a really irritating problem for the last 2 months now. Every time i want to download a video/file using the program "youtube downloader", a Security Alert message pops up saying "Your current security system does not allow this file to be downloaded." 

Is there anyway to fix it? I've wondered around with the security settings, but i cant seem to eradicate the problem!
