BLUETOOTH IS NOT WORKING Closed

Hello, 

can u plz tel me that what i do when my leaptop ask for plz plug in bluetooth device, and click ok. when i try to instal bluetooth driver.my leaptop model no is lx infinity powerlite 9400sp this problem starts ocuring when i reboot my window. and my bluetooth is inbuilt. plz plz plz suggest me a solution 

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Have the drivers downloaded on official Hcl website according to os in use ,download all available as per model and while installing choose only now if prompted:

Hi..
So if the internal bluetooth is notworking then..Go to a store and get an external one.
