Hello,
I have a virus on my computer, the internet is connected but cannot be accessed on my computer.
I also cannot go on to the control pannel and other various programmes on my computer.
need to know how to remove this virus.

try to go from safe mode.....and scan your pc....aur try the boot scan.....
