I cannot able to reopen my 32 GB Pen drive

Hello,

I have 32 GB Pen drive. and Its already formatted 2 times before. But now, i cannot get open whenever attach to other pc. What is the problem in that?

Can anyone suggest me the right answer to solve this issue?

I am totally tired to solve this problem.

Please, guide me anyone there.

When you double click on device what happens?are there error messages ?please provide if any.

Yes,

I got Format disk message whenever double click on Removable disk drive.
What is the problem?

Please, give me relevant answer.
