Hello,

I've got an HP desktop computer of Windows XP.
I havent been using it much since i got my laptop.
Anyway, went to switch it on so i could sort out some files and it will not go passed the
'Windows did not start properly' screen. I tried starting windows normally, also tried starting in all the safemode options but i just goes back to the blue screen then right back to S Windows did not start properly.

Im fed up i wanted to sort it out so my mam could use it when she has work to do.

I'd really love any advice. Thank you.

Hello Kate,
Try Last Known Good Configuration
if it does not work try one by one all the other options: Enable VGA Mode, Safe Mode with Command Prompt...
Tell me if you any option is working

Thanks so much for trying to help though,
