Hello,

HELP! I keep trying to fix this and I tried all the fixes that are posted and none have worked. I went into the control panel and tried to disable and enable the sound devise but there is nothing there that helped me. I also went into the sound file and tinkered around in there but it just states that there is no audio devise installed. What am I doing wrong?

Hello Henry,
Look in device manager if sound devices are working properly, or if there is a red "?"
Right click on the audio driver and open properties and look if there is an error code.
If all is fine so right click on the driver and uninstall it, then restart your computer.
install again the driver

To open Device Manager open Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager
