Laptop getting restarted every 10 minutes

Hello,
my name is sidhu. i've recently bought a ACER Extensa 4630 laptop. its task manager is been disabled and now its getting restarted every 15 minutes, and one more problem is the hard disk space getting reduced every day. how can i resolve this problem. should i format it?

well i think that you have been surely infected by some viruses or malwares and so just try to do a complete full system scan on your machine or else install a clean copy of windows onto it
