MSN PROBLEM

Hi,

I am having trouble with hearing sound on a voice call in MSN Messenger.

I am doing the call between 2 separate pcs. With one of the pcs I can hear the other person fine but with the other one there is no sound coming from me. All the microphones work fine and the pc affected does play other sounds through the speakers.

I have noticed that on the pc that doesn't work you don't seem able to move the sound control that controls how loudly you hear the other persons voice.

Not sure what the issue is. I did think it could be a soundcard problem but yet we can still get other sounds through the computer

Any ideas?
