Nokia x6 - Deleted email adresses

Hello,
I accidentally deleted allot of emails from my phone. as they were all saved as 'UNKNOWN' in my contact list. I have deleted some very important email addresses. Is there any way i can recover them ?

Dear Sir,

If it has completely been deleted, you will not be able to obtain them back for it is not stored anywhere.
