Hello,
I don't know why this is all so difficult. Running xp on a hp dv6ooo. Have been searching forever just to find the right webcam driver or software. No luck. I seem to get all kinds of forums and download sites, but no one seems to know where I can just find the right driver download and be done with it.

The right place is official hp website ,enter model,choose os and download it,use this:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/
