How to get a popup ad off my screen

Hello, I get this Apple software update that pops up and i always delete it and it goes away However this time i try and click it off nothing happens and will not leave , i have tryed shutting down and start back up again, and still this update ad remains.
can i please get some advise on what to do. Thank you.

Well hello chuck as i may you can do a scan with Malwarebytes to remove it.

please download it here i posted the link here for you just follow what it tell you to do and removing it.but please update it and pretty please do a full scan it may take from a hour to 2 hours but please do not click on anything while the malwarebytes is scanning but as i like to say is go out with your misses watch a movie or go on a romantic date with someone then. Let us know if it was removed.
