Help I want my boards & etc.that I saved

Hello,I can't seem to be able to retrive things that I saved in my gifts and in storage.When I try to use the boards that I saved in gifts it says that I'm not working on that structure right now and it won't let me get anything. I couldn't do the Japanese Farm,the Beehive.and it is so slow,and yes I updated my adobie player just in case it was me.Please fix my farm.I just want the things that I already had,I'm not looking for any Freebie's,just what's mine. Thanks in advance
