Hello, 

i just want to ask one thing,that is there any problem in the Reliance customer care? because whenever i try to contact them it doesn't happen. I select an option for "talk to customer care executive" and suddenly the call disconnects.

This type of problem is also faced in other networks.

You can approach to the nearest Reliance Web World or Reliance Showroom and 

get your problem solved.

If you still face the problem then you can use "Contact Us" option in their website.
