wireless network works only with no authentic Solved/Closed

Question

Hello, 

I'm not able to connect to the network through my wireless feature in D-link router DSL 2640DU while I'm setting any type of the encryption keys. It keeps connecting and disconnecting every 3 seconds. I can only connect with no authentication set but I don't want undesired persons to use my LAN. Is there any suggestions other then setting certin MAC addresses to access the router ?!!!!

you'll have to check your wireless settings (on your laptop) carefully, there may be a problem with the way it's set up on there, have you tried it with another wireless computer?

Thank you Nerd :).... I'm able to connect via another wireless PC, actually 2 of them. I'm also able to connect through my Nokia 5800. Its only one wirelss computer that is having problems !!!
