no video from my bravia tv with laptop output Closed

Hello, 

i hve connected my packard bell laptop to my sony bravia using a HDMI cable.Also connected to my bravia is a SONY home theatre system. Nw the problem is that i get only sound from my home theatre but no video on my Bravia. i tried using the Fn + Monitor key to get video signal on both  HDMI and PC input modes on bravia. But still no video signals. Can anyone please help me find a solution for this?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0
