Lost My Videos on Windows 7

Hello, I was moving some downloaded bit torrent files to my External HDD for storage and then deleting the moved files on my D Disk (copy to Ext and then after copying delete for safety).

In the process of deleting a file the entire file My Videos disappeared. It is not in Recycle and I cannot find it.

It msut be somewhere on my hard disk but how do I locate it and get it back

When I try Library: Videos I get either "access denied" or no files

It has quite a number of uncopied files in it

I am using an ACEr CPU with 64 bit W7
