Device manager-other devices-???????????????

Hello,

I have a Dell Latitude D610 and I'm having the same problem as everyone else, but I have no way to get on the internet on my laptop to go to all these sites yall are giving to solve the problem. Is there a way to get the necessary drivers without being able to get on the internet?

download them to another computer and burn them to a CD
