Attaching documents .rtf to g mail Closed

Hello, 

I am trying to attach a very important document to send via g mail. It is an .rtf doc of five pages. I was told to use browse but there is no browse icon I can see! Please help. 

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0
