Hello,
I contracted on my other computer Antivirus system pro. I was on a website that froze and so I tried control alt delete and everything and nothing was working so I turned it off. I turned it back on to find that Antivirus system pro was on my computer. I turned it off and upon start up I tried to enter safe mode but it would just restart the computer and the only way I could get in was through normal mode. So I went in to msconfig and changed the settings so that it would start up in safe mode. THAT WAS A BAD IDEA!!! Now when I start up the computer it goes in circles (loops). I can still access the whole F8 thing but I don't know what to do now because none of the options work. PLEASE HELP!!! I have windows xp on a pc.

Hello Antivirussystemproloop
Yes you will loose all of your data if you use the CD with repair option. There may be a way to avoid such a drastic procedure.
Please tell me in what state is your system now, like can you boot in safe mode with networking, do you have access to internet, etc.
Regards

Hello,
I am afraid that I have sad news for you. I strongly believe that your system now has a serious hardware problem that needs to be attended by a in the flesh technician. I suggest that you attempt a Windows repair and if the problem persist, a physical operation will be necessary.
