Both DVD drives w/not work

I also have the same problem where both of my drives are recognized but, do not work. I have gone to the registry and there are multiple files with the same name. My question is do I go into each file and delete each lower and upper filters entry excluding bak. files

Hi there,

Please mention what is meant by ''do not work''?you mean when cd is inserted its not detected?
