Hello,
I am afraid that you may have failed to keep your computer clean, like defragment it regularly. You registry is now probably all confused.
After the 2 hour boot:
1. Please download this free registry cleaner, install it and run it. Delete the errors that are found:
https://www.eusing.com/free_registry_cleaner/registry_cleaner.htm
2. Go to your control panel / performance and defragment your hard drive (c),
