Ok People I need serious help!
I have a Dell computer (not laptop)
I have read many suggestions on other people's questions and nothing is working
None of the Icons or Start Bar is coming up!
I do ctrl,alt,delete and Press New Task
I type in diffrent kind of things- Example. www.google.com www.frontiernet.net Control Panel. But, still nothing is coming up. At the bottom it says CPU Usage it will go to 50% and fall back down to 0%. I have no clue what to do. I cant take it to people cause I have no money so what do I do???? Help ME PLZ B4 I go crazy!!! (: :(
