I can't see my folders even when i run cmd Closed

Hello, 



I can't seem to view my file folders, even if i run a scan on my memory card (with a card reader of course) but when i check properties, it says that they're still there. there aren't any hidden files, so i was wondering where might they be? please help

What is the size of the memory card ?when you check properties what you get?and are there data on it or blank?please provide those informations.
