HP Pavilion dv6910 us CD/DVD-rom

Hello,
my dvd rom from my HP Pavilion dv6910 us is not working ... Do you have any idea ?
the device manager says that it's working properly but NO cd's and NO dvd's are working on it ...
If you think you have a helpful idea let me know in mail.

Hi there,

Use a dvd lens cleaner and clean it else needs to be replaced or use an external dvd drive.
