Sims 3 Cooking

Hello,
i just got Sim 3 on my ipod. I am doing preety well but thers one thing i don't understand; I am trying to cook tuna and I have the recipe and a tuna, but it says i need more ingredients, what are they!!??.

go to menu and sipe over to the very right, scroll down an then click on recipe you wat to cook. next go to the shop and but them. after that just go back and cook!!!!
