Pendrive problem

Hello,
I had brought a 32 Gb kingston pendrive in black market. I have copied copied about 3gb of files, while tranferring remaining files gets unrecognised. I removed the pendrive and inserted again but it is asking me to format it. but, I have a valuable data & i am not in aposition to format it..
how can i recover my data...
