Pen Drive not working

Hello,
sir i am unable to acess my pen drive.My pen drive not detecting in any system even the flashlight is not coming.Sir plz tell me wat to do

Dear Bujji,

Please consider plugging the pendrive on another USB port to confirm whether the trouble is not coming from the USB port itself.
