GTA IV stops at visual C++ installation Closed

Hello, 

I wanted to install GTA IV in my computer ( Vista) but it stops installing on visual C++ for a long time. Can anyone help me on how to fix the problem? thanks

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0
