Seemingly lost media on i-touch
Closed
Hello,
Having a serious issue with my i-touch (2nd generation). I wanted to charge it and instead of using the desktop, I borrowed my friends laptop. This laptop didn't have any form of itunes, and saw my i-touch as a 'new device'. Next thing I saw was a 'installing new hardware' message and my i-touch had gone into recovery mode. I had manually managed my media, so most of the songs, and videos aren't saved anywhere. I had gotten them from many different sources. PLEASE if there is anything you can do to help? I would appreciate it so much if there was a way to get all my music back, without reinstalling the software. I've spent so much time adding and editing, that I REALLY don't want to see it all disappear.
