Dear Sir,
Please consider checking whether the sound drivers have been installed or needs to be updated or still if you have installed the latest Flash Player edition.
Thank you.

Hello,
Try this 1
Update your Flash Player.
If the problem still exits, then try this 1
Copy the text starting from "Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00" ---> Open
"Notepad" and paste it ---> then save the file as fix.reg
Note : Don't forget to save the file with extension .reg.
Now double-click on the fix.reg file and click on "Yes".
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32]
"wavemapper"="msacm32.drv"
