Problem with one user account in Windows XP Closed

Question

Hello, 
I have 2 user accounts on my PC, I am the administrator, and my husband has the second account. All of a sudden, his is working fine, but I can't get a connection. I can't log on to the Internet or Outlook, although there is no problem with the line or the connection. Has anybody any idea what i can do to restore my connection? Thanks


Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

You are using dial connection or lan on the pc?please give more information .
