Pics will not download from camera to compute

Hello,

Hi,I am having a problem installing my concord 2133z .I am running vista home premium.I cannot download it from the cd as I have two computers and they both say the same thing do not support OS.Would up dated drivers for the camera solve this problem and if so where can I get them ,I have searched everywhere and I am looking to download the drivers to my hard drive and then apply them myself.Help. My computer is a dell laptop

Dear Lou,

If you have already updated the drivers and it solves nothing, the problem is elsewhere. Please consider checking whether the connection cable that you are using is not damaged.
