Aspire 5738z laptop Closed

Question

Hello, i have a Aspire 
5738z laptop and it has a bluetooth button, but when i click it, it comes up saying; No device. How do i get the bluetooth to work?
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi there,

Is the laptop new?Is it still with original windows which was installed or preinstalled when purchased?If not so download the drivers from official Acer website choosing the os in use and install it,have it downloaded on this link:
