Dear Sir,
You should actually have its PC Suite installed in order to get the problem solved. The PC Suite should definitely been installed for completing the connection. However, you will have to get your GPRS Settings by contacting your service provider. You will hence get the instructions to have it activated too. Please obtain the PC Suite download link from below.
