Change from alternate e-mail to secret quest

Hello,
I need to know how to change the reset password from alternte e-mail to secret question. I'm trying to reset my hotmail password but it's sending the reset instructions to my hotmail e-mail (which I can not open). Can someone tell me how to chage so that I can answere my secret question?
