Firefox opera chrome wont open

Hello, all of these web browswers (firefox opera chrome) won't open. I click the shortcut and there is a quick refresh of the screen, but none of them will open. The only browser that seems to work is internet explorer. Please HELP!!!

Dear Sir,

There might be some missing files that is causing the trouble. Please consider repairing your system, or yet get the browsers removed and reinstalled to get the problem fixed.
