please hellp me me install sims 2 on my lapto Closed

I put the sims 2 disk in my computer and it sounds like it is loading but it just stops..What can I Do?

Hi there,

If this happens with all cd's then purchase a cd/dvd lens cleaner and have the lens be cleaned then insert installation cd and start it,else if cd having scratches on it follow instructions from Faq to repair scratches on it:
