I am trying to download software to fix a Antivir Solution Pro virus but can not download the appropriate software in Safe Mode because of an errprmessage that says "the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation

Please have the specific application downloaded from the administrator's account in order to get free of the trouble. Also provide more information about the matter for more appropriate help.
