Hello,
Try this 1.
Click on Start --> Run --> Type gpedit.msc and click on OK.
"Group Policy" Window will be opened.
Click on "Computer Configuration"--> Administrative Templates --> System
---> System Restore.
Now make sure that "Turn off System Restore" state is set to "Not Configured".
If "Turn Off System Restore" option state is "Enabled", then double click on it
and select the option "Not Configured" --> Click on OK.
If you notice "Turn off Configuration" is also in enabled state then double
click on it and select the option "Not Configured" ---> Click on OK.
Now log off and log in to your user account.
Try this 1.
