Windows script error

Hello,

Each time I start my PC, message below will appear

Script: C:\Documents and Settings\...............\Startup\Recycled.vbs
Line : 2
Char: 1
Error: The system cannot find the file specified
Code: 80070002
Source: (null)

Please help.
